Rapture, today and every day

21 05 2011

Heaven is found within. All religious and spiritual truth is found within. These are words that I heard but never understood, for most of my life, until I started meditating and seriously working on understanding “myself” or the illusion of myself.

If I were to go to heaven tomorrow, there “I” would be. In this sense I’d be taking my “self” with all of its flaws there and I would still be suffering there, and so it wouldn’t be heaven. To find heaven I must leave behind the “Ego”, all thoughts, and all emotions which relate to the physical body or the idea of the self. Heaven is to be found by those who are able to leave behind everything which builds ego.

I will be in the “Rapture” tomorrow, I am sure of it, because I will go and meditate in the afternoon after work. And as I meditate repeating my special prayer, or “mantra”, I will confess all of the things which are of this earth and which cause me to be caught up in hell, which is internal. After hours of this meditation I will ascend into a part of my being, which is spiritual and it will appear as a white light. And there will be no thoughts which perturb this vision, and there will be no emotion which is able to destabilise it, and with my eyes closed I will find heaven.

Jesus Christ the man, may be walking the Earth. But I do not need to see the man, to know Christ the consciousness. My physical body and mind will not go to heaven. In heaven there is no death and decay, and so the physical body as it is with blood can’t and shouldn’t go there. The solar body, which is a different kind of body, which operates in a different dimension can find heaven, but this body can only be created through not being attached to the physical existence, which is animalistic.

When I realise that my ego and my body are just a test for the real self, which is of a different dimension, when I understand that the earthly plain is not truly real, and that it is more or less a game or an act, and that my self in fact and my body is not my real self, then I am able to move forward.

I, as a man, am a body, and of flesh, I have family which are also made of flesh and I have a job and a role, which is mental, but which is nothing more than sustenance to that flesh. But when we talk about consciousness, we leave the lower mind, which relates to the matter of the earth, and we also leave behind all things related to the body. Those who will find the rapture tomorrow will leave behind their physical bodies, this does not mean death, it just means awakening of consciousness.

The idea of heaven is not “post-physical death”. This is the great mistake of modern thought, which looks at the spiritual writings and says, after death, is the afterlife and heaven. No, heaven is on earth, heaven does not occur after one dies at the age of 78 after living a “good life”. Heaven is possible now. Heaven is spiritual living. The biggest spiritual mistake is to believe that God is only to be found or seen after physical death. All my life, I inclined to believe that God was something the individual came into contact with as an external entity. It is true we must be “good” in order to begin to live the way we were meant to live, which is in true glory.

To begin the journey I must go into myself. It takes concentration to silence all thoughts related to the lower mind, and there are techniques to doing this, which involve prayer, or mantra, sitting in silence in a serene location, preferably with a pond or lake with fish in it and trees, and stillness. The aim is to leave behind totally the daily life. At first thoughts which relate to this unreal life will swim around in the consciousness, and they will do all they can to talk over the spirit. Once the lower mind is conquered, there will still be emotion, or feeling which exists, like a residue of past events, which can weigh a person down. Focusing on something within nature such as a stone or flower, and understanding its existence in relation to all things around it, will help me to calm those waters. This is a long process and it requires persistence and strength of mind in order to get results.

All belief which relates the personal ego of this life to the eternal soul, is seriously mistaken.  The idea that “I” as a personality, or even as a collection of memories related to the physical life of my human body could live, or even want to live eternally is absurd. When one has experienced suffering in life and has understood that all of life is suffering and that all individual egos are caught in the illusion of the self, then one understands that for that individual ego to continue living after physical death is not only impossible, but utterly undesirable also.

I as a person, as a physical body, do not wish to continue living after death. This life is a trial, it is suffering. But this suffering is a wonderful opportunity in which to develop pure consciousness. All that which you can see and test, is logic, and relates directly with physical existence. But  there is a higher knowledge, a higher understanding which is not one mind which can only deal with one thought at a time, and this is heavenly knowledge, and relates to the tree of life.

In this life I must turn things on its head. It doesn’t matter if I lose my job or fail my course. It doesn’t matter if I have not money either. It doesn’t matter if my love for someone is not mutual. All of these things are superficial distractions, because they are primarily external to the true self, and that they are all part of the ego of illusion. If all of these things in my life were to fall apart and leave me, I should be happy, because I would have the chance to work on my true self. I would have the chance to go inside and find heaven.

)mad magicks( Emerging Visions visionary art ‘zine #20 will be emerging late this weekend (after the Rapture) http://emergingvisions.blogspot.com

Jesus died for somebody’s sins, but not mine
Jesus cried, and somebody grinned — don’t whine
Jesus smiled his love on the least,
scattered his manna that the lowly might feast
All you remember is that slavering Beast
so remind me why you find less than fine
daring to share a peace of mind
about kindness more
than Divine

“call me after the Rapture” I

Have you read Yeats’ “Second Coming”?
After the prophecy
After the hard, hard rain
after the rainbow
Call me. We should get together.

You may have heard the following, elsewhere. If not, it is expedient for you to hear it now. Even if you have heard it before, it’s obviously important that you are reminded.

…In this sense I’d be taking my “self” with all of its flaws there and I would still be suffering there, and so it wouldn’t be heaven….
You wouldn’t be taking any flaws with you into heave because IF you went to heaven it would be because you accepted Jesus Christ into your heart as Lord and Savior. When you do that a divine transference takes place. He became sin who knew no sin, that we might become the righteousness of Him. It’s a free gift that every person must choose to receive or reject. When you choose to believe in Jesus and accept Him into your heart, you are freed from the bondage of sin and you are made a new creature (He makes all things new). You will never be justified by any righteousness of your own, or by your own works, or good deeds. The only way into heaven is through the door and the only door is through Jesus Christ.

….The idea of heaven is not “post-physical death”. This is the great mistake of modern thought, which looks at the spiritual writings and says, after death, is the afterlife and heaven…..

When you die you will infact spend eternity in one of two places. One of them is very unpleasant and the other is indescribably magnificent. You will also spend that eternity in an actual body. The Bible says there will be a resurrection of the dead, and those who have found new life in Christ (Jesus is the way, the truth and the life) will not be harmed in the “second death”. The first death is the natural death we all experience on this earth, which is a result of the original sin. God said, to Adam “do not eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you do you will surely die”. If he had not done that, he would not have eventually died, and the curse of sin and death would not have entered the world. More than that, Adam was placed in the garden and was commanded to take dominion over the earth. When he rebelled against God and sinned, he gave the authority he had to Satan. When Jesus died on the cross for our sins, he payed the price for adam’s transgression and purchased back the authority adam lost. Jesus Himself is referred to as the last adam in the book of Romans. The second death is the one that every person who has not believed in God and received the free gift of salvation will experience. There will be a final resurrection, two infact; The first resurrection is the resurrection of the saints (everyone who believed in and received Jesus during their lifetime on earth is a saint), to eternal life. The second resurrection is the resurrection of the dead to be judged and then eternal damnation. See Rev. 2:11, & Rev 20:6, 12-15; http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Rev%2020:6,12-15&version=KJV

Jesus Himself when He was resurrected was given a new body, a glorified body. The Word of God says that we too, who believe in Him, will be glorified with Him. When we are resurrected we will also have glorified bodies, free from death and decay. Jesus Himself is infact the Word of God (John 1:1-3). That is why I quote the Bible and that is why the Bible is considered to be the truth and authority on these matters. God can not lie. His word is truth, His Word is life. Again, Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.

….Jesus Christ the man, may be walking the Earth. But I do not need to see the man, to know Christ the consciousness…..

Actually Jesus is at the right hand of God the Father making intercession for the saints. Becoming a believer in Christ does not automatically mean you will never fail or sin again, it also does not mean you will have a blissfull pain free life for the rest of your days here on earth. But what happens is Jesus becomes your intercessor in heaven. The devil still has access to heaven, he is called the accusor of the brethren for a reason. He constantly raises accusations against mankind for our sins. When we fail he has a right to because when you sin you give him authority in your life, you agree with him. But people who believe in Jesus have an advocate in heaven. The devil looks at you and points at what you’ve done or how you’ve failed but he does not get the final word because Jesus says, “yeah she did cheat on her husband, or yeah, He did steal that money from his father, but I paid for those sins at calvary. The price and the punishment has already been paid so you have no more claim on them!”…
This brings me into the next point I want to address; This idea you propagate of how ….. When one has experienced suffering in life and has understood that all of life is suffering…. This life is a trial, it is suffering…. Life is not all suffering and trials. When you begin to view life from a jaded perspective like that then one must wonder, why live at all? Why don’t you just end your life if that’s all life has for you?

Yest this natural life is temporary, and yes it can be full of painful experiences, but it can be equally full of joyous ones. And even the painfull experiences, the trials, the suffering, has a purpose. It was through much suffering that the Lord made the way for us and the Bible says it is through much tribulation, we enter the kingdom of God (Acts 14:22). see also:

http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2%20Timothy+1:7-9&version=KJV

Now also, on the matter of heaven on earth, this is infact something the Lord Himself desires, and will one day come to pass after His return. When asked how to pray by His disciples, He instructed them on this wise: Our Father, who art in Heaven, Hallowed (Holy) be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, ON earth, AS IT IS in heaven. When Jesus returns, heaven is coming with Him. Is 66:22, Rev 21:1-3: http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Revelation+21:1-3&version=KJV

…Now already I have written far more than I intended to, but in closing I would like to summarize with one final thought. This idea of being able to go beyond your conscious thoughts, even past your subconscious into some internal nirvana or heaven, I must reveal to you is even of itself a form of ego, and pride. In this you are attempting by your own strength, by your own power, by your own manifestations, to enter into some spiritual reality, some heavenly place, some higher wisdom, as though it were something you could easily, or even by exercise and training with time, endure to acheive on your own, by your own will and by your own power. This is a work of the flesh. You are willing yourself to step into something spiritual as though you have some authority or control in the matter. Yet the invisible, the spiritual realm itself was created first by the invisible God: Col 1:14-17:
14In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
15Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
16For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
17And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

You are striving to acheive something on your own that you can’t, not truly, not effectively, not fully. You can have very spiritual experiences in this however, for the spiritual realm is very real. But if you are messing around in this area without faith in Christ, you are an open book and easy game for Satan and any of his devils to manipulate you, deceive you and destroy you. Satan himself is said in the Bible as one who will at times come dressed as an angel of light. He is a great deceiver. The funny thing about deception is, you are not likely going to realize that you are deceived when you are. It’s very deceiving.

Jesus invites you to experience the supernatural through Him. He is the door. He is the gate. He is the ladder to heaven, upon whome the angles of God ascend and descend from heaven to earth and from earth to heaven. Pride seperates you from God but humility draws God to you. You can not see God without faith, and the Bibles says you should even have faith like a child. Heb 11:1 says that faith is the substance of things hoped for, & the evidence of things not seen. Remember, above, I shared with you that God himself is invisible, and He created the invisible which is the spiritual.

If you can lay down your pride and walk by faith, seek the true and living God with an open mind and a humble heart, you will experience true nirvana.

Actually, the last Adam is in 1 Corinthians, not Romans.
